Restoration: Refocusing and Rebuilding Your Dreams Again

Introduction

The world has really changed since the pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic ended. Life goes on in the PH, and to be proactive is a lesson learned. With the irruption of new AI technologies and additional climate changes, adjusting and adapting is the direction to advance. And to work for growth and profit in your MSME or professional work is vital at this time.

The influence of the internet produces in humanity a consciousness that we are all in this together. Even with geopolitical tensions in the Middle East (the conflict between Israel and Hamas) and in Europe (the conflict between Ukraine and Russia), all professionals and PH MSMEs still want better work-life conditions. One cannot progress alone, but in a community of work and life - both onsite or in digital workspaces.

There is a need to refocus on what matters in work and life: to rebuild trust, not only in work relationships but in all areas of life in general. This is possible because an "old world of work and life is ending" and a "new world of work and life is beginning". In the new world that is being born, health and work become primary. The COVID-19 pandemic's experience emphasized this importance. Therefore, the practice of energy management and refocusing one's mindset towards productivity and growth is vital. One productivity strategy to specifically use are content strategies that earn income for an MSME idea or your professional career. Integrating both energy management and earning income leads to a balanced work-life approach that produces total human development.

Nasa Diyos ang awa; nasa tao ang gawa

Mayroon tayong mga Pilipino na kasabihan sa Tagalog, "Nasa Diyos ang awa; nasa tao ang gawa." (Translation: "There is a wise saying in Filipino that says, 'God bestows mercy, but man has to work'.") Theology would translate this meaning to "grace works through nature."

There is always time for new beginnings and to face each day with hope. "Habang may buhay, may pag-asa." (Translation: While there is life, there is hope.) This may sound like clichés to young Filipino Gen Xers, Millennials, and Gen Zs. But its truth and wisdom cannot be denied. Especially after the experience of the Cebu magnitude 6.9 earthquake and the series of typhoons from Nando, Opong, and Paolo (). Not to mention the earthquake in Davao Oriental which had a higher magnitude, the recent typhoon (Kalmaegi), "Tino", that hit the Visayan region really bad last , and typhoon (Fung Wong), "Uwan" that affected a large part of Luzon last .

There is always time to move forward with the resilience and determination Filipinos are known for, and which AI will still find hard to replace.
