1 Order at Enstack mobile app

Rosauro's Web Store is open 24 hours @Enstack

You can pay Cash on delivery, or Gcash. Debit card or Credit card also accepted as a second option. Use Cash or GCash for better security.

Our Web Store works with the payment systems of Enstack.com, an e-commerce platform for both sellers and buyers.

Enstack is registered and authorized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

2 Order through Curbside pick-up

If you bike, commute, or drive near Kapitolyo, Pasig, a quick curbside pickup and payment in person is easily fulfilled.

Just phone or email us for setting your time for pickup.

Landmarks: We are located between the Hallare Building (at corner of Sta. Rosa Street and East Capitol Drive) and Barangay Kapitolyo Government Buildings (at the corner of Sta. Rosa Street and Sta. Isabel Street).

For Curbside Pickup, Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Send a message to pay for an item and arrange a time for pickup.

Pick-up time is from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Saturdays. Business is closed on Sundays. Store is open on all holidays except Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

• You can delegate the curbside pickup to a family member or a co-employee.
• Just bring a valid ID - government or company ID.
• This is standard operating procedure for safety and security purposes.

3 Order directly and Lalamove delivery

For ordering directly,

• just send an email message or make a phone call
• pay through GCash,
• send a confirmation of payment by attaching a screenshot of receipt to Viber
• and have the order delivered through Lalamove.

4 Order through Email

To order from Rosauro Consumer Goods Trading via email, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Order Inquiry
• You can use this email template for order inquiry (copy & paste):

• Step 2: Confirmation and Order Summary
• You will receive a detailed order summary within 24 hours.
• This email will confirm the availability of your items, list the individual prices, and the total amount due.
• Step 3: Payment Options and Confirmation
• Once you receive the order summary, you can complete your payment via e-wallets: GCash or Maya.
• Please send a confirmation email with proof of payment (a screenshot of the transaction with the transaction reference number) to confirm your payment.

• Step 4: Shipping/Delivery
• Delivery is by Lalamove. The buyer is responsible for the delivery fee. Book the Lalamove delivery.
• You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your payment. A printed sales invoice will be sent with your item(s).
• Step 5: Order Completion
• After the order has been delivered and received, we will follow up with you within 24 hours to ensure that you have received your order.

Delivery

• Deliveries via Enstack.com, Lalamove deliveries, and by Email orders are limited to 5 areas: Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, the southern part of Quezon City, and northern part of Taguig.
• There is no area limit for curbside pickups.

We issue an official sales invoice for all payments: via the Enstack mobile app, curbside pickups or Lalamove delivery.
